Plagiarism Policy

The Al-Turath Medical Journal (ATMJ) is strictly against any unethical acts of copying or plagiarism in any form. All submitted manuscripts are routinely screened for similarity and original content using [Turnitin / iThenticate] software prior to the peer-review process. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% (or containing heavily copied sections from a single source) will be immediately returned to the authors for revision or outright rejected, depending on the severity of the duplication.
